A real-time strategy multiplayer project developed in Unreal Engine using Blueprints during my 3rd year of university.
Developed as part of my 3rd year Games Technique course, this project created a virtual environment for a real-time strategy game with multiplayer functionality, allowing multiple players to participate simultaneously.
I chose the Real-Time Strategy (RTS) genre, allowing players to compete against one another in real time without turn-based limitations. A top-down camera enables players to manage units and monitor enemy positions.
While the multiplayer functionality was successfully implemented, the game itself is unfinished and lacks full unit spawning and building placement mechanics. With additional time, understanding, and resources, it could have been developed into a fully functional RTS level.
